Summary: The Chestnut was a stunning and comfortable place to lay our heads each night on a recent trip to Celina. We spent a few prior days at an upscale 5star hotel in Dallas yet we were far more comfortable in this well appointed residence. The decor is stunning, linens are pure luxury and the location to the sweet old town center of Celina can't be beat. Easy and safe walking paths are abundant in this truly charming streeet of idyllic dwellings. I'd reccomend dining at The Silos just down the road. We watched Thursday Night Football on a massive outdoor TV while enjoying great food and a lovely mild fall evening. We pretended to belong, even had an opportunity to utter the word "y'all" a time or two. This host is exceptional and went beyond any experience we've had with this and other short term rental sites. She was proactively communicative durning our whole stay and expressed genuine interest in accomodating us.There is a regular running train close to the house that we became accustomed to after the first night, however, i'd still reccomend bringing earplugs/airpods!Thank you for offerring such a lovely place at an unbeatable price point! We would definitely stay here again.
