Summary: I had 4 people stay in the suite and the hotel didnt have the 4th person into consideration with extra bedding and plates etc. I shouldn't have to point that out

Summary: Great location! The hotel is right next to the metro and supermarket. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. A bit of maintenance is needed for the room as the furnitures are old and the curtains are ripped. Overall we had a good stay at this hotel.

Summary: This was my fourth or fifth stay at this accommodation for a family trip. My last visit was before COVID-19, and I was glad to find it still very convenient. We prefer to take off our shoes indoors, so we appreciated that the flooring was not carpeted. The room for five was spacious and comfortable, though it had only one bathroom. The kitchen, microwave, and washing machine were useful. Dish soap and a sponge are provided, but no seasonings like salt or laundry detergent. If you plan to cook or do laundry, bringing some from home or buying them nearby is recommended. Some parts of the flooring and furniture are showing signs of aging. I also noticed mold on the shower’s marble walls, which I initially thought was part of the pattern. I hope the hotel improves cleaning in this area, though the room was otherwise very clean. The bathroom has a ceiling heater that releases warm air after a shower, which is useful in winter. I had forgotten how to ventilate the room, but found that pressing a small button on the window frame opens the lower part of the window. As the air was dry, I requested a humidifier, but it needed thorough cleaning before use. Despite minor areas for improvement, I was overall very satisfied and plan to return. The location is great, with a department store next door providing easy access to E-Mart and Kyobo Bookstore through the basement.

Summary: It’s amazingly spacious. Automated toilet seat with bidet. Got washer and hanger dryer that’s nice to use. The only complaint is with accommodation for crib for baby. They don’t have a spare change for bedsheets for the crib. Front desk staff (one of them) was extremely helpful with managing our luggage & explaining how the amenities inside the room work when asked.
