Summary: Went to the State Fair and stayed here for 3 nights. Inside the Apt was great! Very clean and updated with newer furniture and furnishes. The Apt bldg., not so great. Could use a serious cleaning and updating. There are 3 elevators and only 1 was working at a time. One time we had to take the stairs because the elevator never came (Luckily, we were going down and not up or carrying anything). Also, the neighborhood was a little scary. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Had a little hiccup with our original Apt but Ciara got us into another Apt in the matter of minutes. She was extremely helpful. Overall, it was a good place to stay for what we needed.

Summary: Even nicer than the photos. Immaculate. As others have mentioned, they provide just about anything you might need. Ciera is very helpful and responsive. I had trouble with the app for the door lock and she got me in quickly. We got a kick out of the train...even standing on the balcony watching it go by 11 stories below us.

Summary: We came to Springfield to experience Lincoln history, take in some Route 66 attractions, and to tour the Dana-Thomas House. We were thrilled to find many of these were in walking distance of this property. We also walked to several wonderful restaurants including Obed and Issacs and Maldaners. The condo was clean and well stocked including coffee, water, granola bars, extra towel sand other amenities. Having a parking spot in a secure parking garage was a plus. We definitely recommend it!

Summary: This apartment is clean, has a great view and is walkable to all the Downtown Springfield attractions. Literally you can easily walk to Lincoln Home, Lincoln Museum and Library, Frank Lloyd Wright Dana-Thomas House, Illinois State Museum, Old State Capital, and is right across the street from the Capital. The building has a doorman and great amenities including covered, garage parking. The owner is very responsive and left snacks and toiletries for us too. Highly recommend!
