Summary: Our stay at the Clyde Hotel was good. The only thing that could’ve been better was they could’ve offered free breakfast like every other place in Albuquerque.

Summary: Beautiful relaxing hotel stay. Amazing homemade desserts in the gift shop. Only small issue was inconsistent room cleaning. Shampoo missing one day - clean glasses not replaced. Minor but odd.

Summary: The lobby, restaurant, bars, etc. are beautiful and such good quality. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are good sized, but the mattresses are terrible: it was like sleeping on a cot, and the shower was even worse. Old and the shower head wouldn't stay up. We had to hold it up straight while showering so it wouldn't spray our knees and onto the bathroom floor. Still, a very enjoyable trip and lovely downstairs and pool area.

Summary: Amazing stay on the 20th floor of the Clyde Hotel. Brilliant renovation. On a long weekend, spent an evening celebrating with friends at the amazing 1925 lounge, another night with the fiancé for UNM’s Red & Silver Lobo Athletics Gala, had an afternoon at the pool with family and finally, a wind-down night for me in the hottub, soaking by the fire. Heritage Hotel & Resorts are my favorite properties throughout the state of New Mexico. The view of Civic Plaza is exquisite from the 20th floor of The Clyde, although some aspects of the peripheral plaza murals should be re-envisioned, re-designed and re-painted.

Summary: The clyde has the bases covered.....except 1. We traveled with our small dog, but had to go quite a ways down across the street for my dog to use the restroom. There are so many single ladies or elderly people that would be worried to go that far by themselves. Simple solution small area with some astro turf for easy clean up. Inexpensive but huge payout for them at the rnd. So many people travel with pets. Just a suggestion but could bring in more customers.

Summary: It was great. They just weren’t a lot of tourist. We stayed on Monday and Tuesday night. The only thing we say would be nice if the pool was heated, but we like your staff food was great and it was a beautiful hotel even though it’s under construction.

Summary: It feels like a nice upscale hotel. The staff was nice. The lobby gift shop had a nice selection, but closed randomly (and seemingly only when I needed it). The coffee shop was great. The rooms were mixed. The college dorm refrigerators seemed very out of place. The beds were good, and the pillows were great. Not a lot to do around the hotel. Overall kind of mid.
