Summary: - Not enough Toilet paper just 2 and already used . - No soaps available in bathrooms . - No bed cover or fitted sheets available in any beds . - The smell of the beds was bad son it's need refresher products. - The bin was full outside so no space to more rubbish bag. -Outdoor table & chairs are dirty . we surprised and frustrated when find out that the pool table felt is damaged and worn out, because its the most thing attracted us to rent this place. Extremely not recommended .

Summary: Despite the house not being cleaned before we checked in, the house had a good configuration. The lovely cleaner Anne did a great job. The house looked like it maybe hadn’t been used for a while due to Covid? It could however benefit from a deep clean as well as the Doona covers. Overall a very nice home.

Summary: No gas in BBQ, which we needed to bbq for dinner. Replacement available 20 min away not at 6.30 at night. Towel rack broken. Dispirit all the notices around the house re clean dishes, no dishwasher tablet, Re clean benches , no spray
