Summary: My Daughter and I just needed some fun time and a little R&R the Hotels decor was stunning We used the pool hot tub and sauna then had a great dinner and used the game room which was so much fun we had a great breakfast buffet in the morning and can’t wait for another visit here in the future

Summary: An attractive hotel in poor condition with terrible service! When we arrived, the elevator was out of order. No one offered to help with our bags, so my husband, 75 and with health issues, had to carry a very heavy bag up the stairs. (The elevator was never repaired. The vending machines were also out of order.) After unpacking in our room, we discovered our heater/AC wasn't working, either. There was no one on site who could fix it, so we had to repack and move all our belongings to another room. The next day, although we had left our room by 10 a.m. without a Do Not Disturb sign, we came back at night to find the promised "daily" room service maids had never entered our room. We had to go down for towels and coffee at the desk. Finally, when we checked out (carrying our own bags down the stairs), I said I thought we were due some concession on the price. I was assured it would be discussed with management. Days later, I was told it was still "in process." No one ever got back to us. It's a shame such a nice hotel is run by such careless and unresponsive management!
