Positive: I stayed at The Concord Hotel & Suites for 7 nights during a business trip. Overall, the hotel is good, but in my opinion, it does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Rosalina at the reception for her excellent service and professionalism.

Negative: However, one thing I did not like was that every time I ordered food or drinks to the room, an extra charge of 200 Kenyan shillings was added to the bill. I don’t think this is reasonable and it was disappointing.
