Summary: Awful hotel. Car park was full so we had to park elsewhere for our stay, all communal areas smelt of the Indian restaurant at all hours of the day, and our ‘Superior’ hotel was basic at best. No drinking water provided in the room so we had to go and purchase some, and the aircon barely worked - which was needed because our window wouldn’t open. The pool is not operated by the hotel and is part of a muscle gym, and the pool itself was too cold to even swim in. Not a welcoming or relaxing atmosphere whatsoever. Whole place needs a deep clean and an intensive refurbishment.

Summary: Great location with tube about an 2 min walk , shops and cafes very close by too and spa /pool / gym . Comfy beds /generally clean / modern idea but a little shabby . Staff all polite and helpful

Summary: This hotel is amazing my room is equipped with everything, beautiful South Indian restaurant on site. Spa is free and I had a Thai massage.Extended for another night will be back. 5 star service.

Summary: While close to the underground station I didn't feel comfortable to walk the short distance at night with my luggage. The room was clean except for the old carpet. The wifi wasn't working and the air conditioning was difficult to control. We were only staying one night before an early flight and the bed/bathroom were clean.

Summary: Unsure why previous reviews were negative. I found the stay comfortable and enjoyable with free access to the onsite spa and pool. The restaurant features exclusively Asian cuisine and was excellent. Only drawback is there is no breakfast service before 9:00am. Very good value for money

Summary: The best part of the hotel is the Meraki Spa located within the hotel. We got massages and they were incredible. Highly recommend the Spa. As for the hotel; the location is good as it’s near Hounslow town centre with plenty of food options and cineworld. Tube station is just a couple minutes walk away so easily accessible. The hotel itself wasn’t amazing. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are open to the gym members so it gets pretty busy. It’s evident that the hotel is old and requires maintenance.

Summary: Needs to have more attention put into the rooms, the staff, the lift wasnt working, the glass door that then slams, the rooms needs a lot of working doing to them to make them a good standard, bathroom was messy and broken tiles. The only good thing about this hotel was the location

Summary: Unfortunately the room was not as comfortable as I hoped. Mildew smell, carpet older, dirty and stained in some areas, bed sheets very thin. On the plus, the shower was great, it is located a block away from the train for easy access to the airport or wherever else you may be going.
