Summary: This unit is very nicely updated, great location & the Carlyle is awesome. We visited for the South Beach Wine & Food Festival for the 2nd year in a row. This property is very convenient for beach events & access. The staff is always friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this unit on the property.

Summary: The property was super clean & check in was easy. Pay to park in the community lot across the street. So many cute restaurants within walking distance. This is a great condo for couples or singles. Loved our visit to South Beach!

Summary: Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The unit is cozy and well-decorated. It is in the middle of the action of South Beach, yet surprisingly quiet in the condo. Very clean and secure. 24/7 concierge service available. The building is well maintained. Would definitely return.

Summary: We stayed in this property for eleven nights..It was clean, comfortable and spacious. We arrived late evening and check in was excellent due to 24 hour concierge service. Luis was on duty that night and was very efficient. The day time Manager Lillian, was very helpful and efficient in all our dealings with her. The apartment met our expectations except for the position of the wall mounted TV. It could only be watched by sitting on stools, not from a comfortable position on the sofa. I would also have liked a full size ironing board, not just a table top model. Super large, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge were all great.
