Summary: If you are looking for a quiet place to hang out this is a great choice. Loved having coffee on the screened porch in mornings looking out on the water. Seems to be a little less busy part of the lake especially once kids are in school! Very convenient to the Marina. Would be nice to have a private dock but its a nice walk to marina and boat slip. Marina is handy and the dock fees are reasonable.

Summary: The property was in a perfect location and had beautiful views of the lake. The water needs improvement as we did expect the well water smell but it was rather strong and not only turned the entire shower, sinks and toilet orange but also some clothes in the washer. If the water issues were fixed I would be happy to stay there again.

Summary: The house is very well described on the website. Upon arrival the house was extremely clean and presentable! Easy walk to the Marina and they folks there are very easy to work with on boat rentals. Other than the marina there is not many places to pick items up close by, so make sure you have everything before you arrive or it’s a little drive to town. Water does have an odor but that comes with the territory in that part of the state. We just made sure we had plenty of bottled water. I had a chance to me the owner of the home and he was extremely nice and easy to deal with. We will be back!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect! We brought our wave runners and the property had plenty of parking for our truck and trailer and the marina was right across the cove for access. During our stay we ventured into Branson to enjoy the shopping and golf courses. Our family of 4 would highly recommend this rental!!
