Three floors with Loft, main floor and walkout basement. Each level has bedroom(s) and bath- great for privacy!
MAIN FLOOR- open Kitchen and dinning area. Wine Bar, Bedroom with 2 double beds, Bath and living area with large screen TV and gas fireplace. Double doors open to a fantastic deck that spans the front of the house, overlooking the lake. Complete with gas grill for Barbecuing.
LOFT -overlooks the spacious living room and out to the lake. Contains cozy bedroom with King size bed and a full bath with large walk-in shower.
BASEMENT -1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bedroom with King size bed, Full Bath, vast living space, large screen TV, large leather reclining sofa, Divan with ottoman, leather recliner, game table and tons of floor space for additional sleeping if needed.
There is internet at the house.
All TV's are smart TV's to use with your own subscriptions.
The garage on the house is private use and not part of the rental.
Our home is suitable for Multi-family vacations or luxurious getaway with ample room for privacy.
We are a central location being 25 minutes from Dogwood Canyon Natural Park, 60 minutes from Branson, 45 minutes from Springfield and 40 minutes from Eureka Springs AR. All great Destinations if needing a day off of the lake.

Summary: We have stayed here multiple times. This house is perfect for a large group of friends or family. The spacious back deck and front yard fire pit are inviting and a great place to relax after a day on the lake or site seeing. The host is great and communicates in a timely manner if there are any questions.

Summary: We have had several nice stays at VRBO's in the Shell Knob area, but this property is our new favorite and we have already reserved it for next year. We had 9 adults and a 3 year old. There is so much space, both indoor and outdoor. We wanted for nothing as the host had the property completely ready for us. The property is clean and in a quiet area with lake views.

Summary: Rocking bar B was the best place to stay, super clean and great amenities with the house. Big Bay cove is a very quiet and calm cove for the kids to play and kayak in. Loved the place.

Summary: It's a nice house by the lake. The pictures do make it seem alot closer to the lake than it is, there's actually another home between you and the lake. But other than that its a very nice lake home.

Summary: Very much enjoyed our stay here! Very well stocked with any kitchen item you may need. Also had extra pillows and blankets in each bedroom which was a definite plus and lots of games and movies. Took advantage of the firepit one chilly afternoon and evening. Absolutely made some wonderful memories with our family!

Summary: This was a great property for a family birthday celebration. There was plenty of space for everyone - 4 adults and 2 littles. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We enjoyed time outside on the deck and made use of the fire pit. This property has one of the best equipped kitchens I've seen at a vacation rental. The owner was great - she promptly answered many questions - even when I asked the same one again!! :) I would definitely recommend this property.

Summary: The Rocking B Retreat was Wonderful! The property is away from the hustle bustle of Branson but just a short drive to all the main attractions! We cooked Thanksgiving Dinner in the beautiful, spacious kitchen and had plenty of room for dining, watching TV, playing cards, sleeping and (most important) bathrooms. Terri was a dream of a hostess and the property was immaculate. We will definately book here again!
