Fresh cool air, Ocean views & tucked in the outskirts of El Yunque Rainforest. Our property is located within 10 minutes of local beaches, zip lining parks, horse back riding, El Yunque Rainforest National Park, local shops & restaurants.
We practice permaculture and sustainable methods of growing food, and are currently expanding our food forest.
Our property has an air conditioner on each floor, stove, fridge, microwave, air purifier, washer/dryer & amazing views.
Quiet hours start at 8pm everyday.

Summary: We had an enjoyable two week stay at this home. It was clean, comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. The host, Gino, was always available to answer any questions and provided great recommendations for places to eat. We are already missing the nighttime sounds of the beautiful forest and Gino’s horse, Parsley. We highly recommend this beautiful home. Thank you for your hospitality Gino!

Summary: Beautiful home in the hills. We had a relaxing week and Gino was very courteous and friendly. Everything went well and as expected of a premier host property. You’ll have to drive through some steep hills and curvy roads to the house but hey it’s on the edge of the rainforest. Beautiful views. If you are looking to get away and relax this is the place and it’s not far from all the attractions.

Summary: My family (me, husband and two daughters 8 and 10) had an amazing week at Gino’s property. The house is in an authentic Puerto Rican neighborhood, fully secured and with epic views of the mountains and beach. It’s a great location to visit different parts of the island - we made it to Ciales, Jayuya, Humacao, Farajado and across the street to Loquillo. The house itself was updated with all necessities, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We loved the hammocks and upper roof deck. Gino was welcoming, attentive to any of our needs and we even got to meet his horse Parsley. This property was a perfect match for our goals for an authentic Puerto Rican trip. Highly recommended for families. Thank you, Gino!!

Summary: The stay was amazing. The host was really nice and stayed in contact the whole time, in case we needed anything. If I can change one thing it would be the roosters crowing in the morning.

Summary: Pictures can't do justice to the beautiful view from this property.The location is minutes away from El Yankee and several good restaurants. It is only a 30-40 minute drive to San Juan depending on traffic. If you have any interest in Puerto Rico's different types of trees and vegetation, this is the place for you. Gino, the host is very knowledgeable and is engaged in creating a permaculture surrounding the property. He lives right next door and is happy to help with recommendations or any issues that may arise. (None did for us). He is also there to greet guests and guide them down the steep driveway to the property the first time. The area is safe and quiet except for the roosters and the house is vey secure. We would love to return!

Summary: This house completely enhanced our trip!!! Exclusively yours and gated. We felt super safe, every inch was immaculately clean, and the roof sitting area and hammock were perfect for vacation mode! Nights were calm and relaxing, the sunset and night sky were luxurious. Fantastic location for being close to town and yet felt super far away. The main road to the property is a little nerve-racking the first few times then you get used to it (a steep hill/turn) but the house is a hidden gem and completely worth it! The host is incredible - very welcoming, very responsive, timely, and thoughtful! We would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone!

Summary: Lovely place in an amazing picturesque location. The views were simply amazing and astounding. Beautiful villa with views of mountains and oceans. Comfortable. Sleeps at least 8-10 comfortably. 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Gino was very responsive and helpful Would recommend highly and would return. The only things I would advise is that the AC is not central air but it does include two split level AC units one on the top floor master bedroom and one in the downstairs living room. That said the AC units did pump very cold air and was very comfortable while in the rooms. The other rooms did have a couple fans in them but they can get a little warmer at times. The main bathroom was good but be aware the second bathroom is on the rooftop. Fully functional second bathroom and perfectly fine but just worth noting. Finally, if you’re not used to mountain roads it may take some getting used to. The mountain roads and driveway are a little bit steep but still very much well worth it. I only point these out for future guest to be aware of them but not to point you away. The property was perfect for families or bigger groups. Very clean and comfortable, incredible views. Highly recommendable and would return. Thank you Gino for a beautiful and amazing experience.

Summary: You get the full experience your looking for with this property. The property is very pleasant with a view that will take your breath away. The cottage is very clean, and had A.C. that will help you beat the heat. The drive to the cottage, will give you a real authentic Puerto Rico experience. My family and I will definitely be returning. The host, a very nice person, that you can contact with any questions or concerns, his respond time is immediate. Good guy 👍🏾!
