Positive: It is a beautiful cottage that meets all your needs. It is in an idyllic setting where all you can hear is the birds singing. Sue (and Mr Magee the dog) were fantastic hosts, who catered to our every need, and more. The breakfast was superb, fresh fruit and pastries and the coffee wonderful. Fresh orange juice from the trees. Sue showed us around her beautiful property including the well and identified places for us to visit. We have had such a quiet, relaxed and very comfortable few days at the cottage in the lake. We will come again. Thank you Sue for being a beautiful host. You have a wonderful place 😊

Positive: The owner was really welcoming: she allowed me to bring the bike in the entrance and she asked what time I preferred to have breakfast! And the breakfast was amazing.
Negative: The hot shower is time limited. Totally agree to fight water waste but just wanted a little bit longer.

Positive: Private and peaceful. We were visiting friends who moved to this rural and beautiful part of Portugal. This place was perfect, all the comforts of home. Our host was wonderful. Breakfast was brought to our door in the morning with many fresh and home made items.

Positive: The Cottage is a very quaint, cosy, tastefully decorated place to stay. It had everything in it we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner is a lovely lady who met us with a warm welcome. The breakfast was a lovely touch with jams made by herself from her home grown fruits and she also cooked us free range eggs! We only stayed one night but should have stayed longer. We enjoyed our visit :)
Negative: Everything was perfect.

Positive: The Cottage near the lake is exactly what the name says. A beautiful cottage that is made just right so you can feel the whimsical energy of it. The road there was already beautiful and mesmerizing, but the view there was incredible! The hostess was very friendly and made sure our breakfast was ready in the garden before we woke up. The dogs greeting us at the entrance was also very lovely.
