We offer a 5-star experience. There are 4 single kayaks to paddle to the springs and to the local restaurants. Covered patio and fire pit for more outdoor activities, or just enjoy wine dockside!
Master bedroom is on the ground floor and has super comfy king size bed and gorgeous views. Upstairs in the green room are two twin beds, you can always push together to make a queen. The refreshing lemon room has a queen size bed. All rooms have TV’s when you need a break from all the sightseeing and fresh air. Equipped with ROKU.
The property is just a few blocks from the boat ramps and there is room for your trailer on the property. You can access the Gulf of Mexico for scalloping or the springs to enjoy the manatees.

Summary: We found the cottage to be so cute and comfortable! It was very clean and offered many amenities not normally found in rentals. The outside is comfortable and you are surrounded by nature. Owner very responsive with questions. We definitely will return.

Summary: We LOVED our 3 week stay in this house! Charming cottage on a creek with access to the river. Nature surrounds you, we saw river otters, small alligators, ibis birds, egret birds and we had a very special visit almost daily from a blue heron. Close to groceries and lots of restaurants that are right on the river. A short drive to Crystal River, cute gift shops there and some really great restaurants. We found lots of state parks and forests to hike in with our little pups. We will be back next winter to this house! Thank you! 😊♥️

Summary: I couldn't have ask for a better location for family time. My Kids are adults and have wives. Perfect for a get away and down time with family. The pictures do not do justice felt like you were on a big property. I will be staying again.

Summary: This house was very nice, super cute and in a great location. Very easy check in and out. Host was super nice and very responsive. We took the kayaks out in the evening and at sunrise it was so beautiful but the horse flies were terrible so bring bug spray. Perfect house for a nice relaxing stay.

Summary: This newly renovated river cottage was the perfect getaway for our family and dogs that gave us plenty of privacy yet was close to everything including groceries, fuel, places to eat on the water, and the local parks. The décor and amenities are beautiful! We brought our paddle board and used the wonderful kayaks offered. It's about a 45 minute paddle to the springs (partly in a narrow canal surrounded by nature and partly in the open river). We also rented a boat for a day and due to the idle speed allowed on the river, it took the same amount of time by boat to get to the springs. I wouldn't recommend bringing a large heavy boat as the canal can get a bit shallow in some areas. The water is very calm even with a lot of boats in the river. It can get a little muddy in the canal so be sure to pack some water shoes that you don't mind getting a little dirty. We booked our trip right when scallop season opened up and although we didn't go scalloping, this home is close to all the action. The yard is fenced except along the water line. There are pipelines that run throughout the river that are hard to see as part of a restoration project so be very careful when boating so you don't damage your motor. This house has everything you would ever need and more! Jennifer was a wonderful host and our family had a great time!
