Positive: Lovely little cottage, perfect location for discovering the north east coast. Ideal for two people very comfortable and clean, private garden (we were able to have breakfast outside in the morning) Just one niggle bring an iron as this was not provided, local pub and shop walking distance from the cottage. Definitely recommend.

Negative: Nothing it was perfect for us.

Positive: The quiet location with easy access to the coast and train station was excellent. The cottage was warm and comfortable and the facilities gave us all we needed for our stay.

Positive: We liked the layout, furnishings and general ambience of the cottage.

Negative: While it was helpful to have a dishwasher there were no instructions about the best settings to use. Whereas there were helpful instructions for working the cooker hob. The fridge needed defrosting. Information folder needed updating eg the cooker is electric not gas.

Summary: Some minor criticisms about lack of information but on the whole we really enjoyed our stay!
