Positive: Literally on Town Street (ignore the google map icon and look for the unpaved road at the junction of Church Lane and Town Street). Lots of lovely local facilities. Rented this for some family to visit Horsforth. House warm, beds generous and comfortable. Table comfortably sat 6 for excellent fish and chips from Kirby’s. Coffee and tea provided along with sugar and some basic condiments. Parking right outside the door and a visitor permit too.

Negative: Nothing!

Positive: Very cosy, lovely sofa and beds. Very homely with homemade marmalade in the kitchen.

Negative: It was quite expensive for the area, but we loved everything about the property its self.

Positive: The kitchen is well stocked, and the log burner creates such a cosy atmosphere!! The beds are really comfortable, as was the sofa

Negative: It's a shame there's no gated outside space as letting the dog out meant having to change out of pyjamas and walk them on a lead over to the library. 10am check out is considered quite early, with a lot of places now offering 11am, or the potential to extend. And dogs arent allowed on furniture, but no baby/pet gate is available to keep them in the kitchen overnight so tough to police

Positive: The location is great. The rooms are great, all the facilities you could want. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.

Negative: There were three small, but sloppy, tidiness points 1) there was a half eaten packet of Pringles left in a cupboard 2) a dirty towel was left behind a door 3) one bin hadn’t been emptied It doesn’t take much to go through the cupboards , check the bins and the backs of doors.

Negative: The cottage smelt very damp. The bed in the end room was very uncomfortable with a plastic sheet on it and very lumpy. Also the aeroplanes kept me awake.
