Summary: Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!

Summary: We stayed here for a family get together. It was the perfect place to share with a large family. Lots of things to do in the house (Pool table, arcade games, tvs, board games) and walking distance to the river for fishing. The two kitchens, one in each living space was nice. Make sure you take time to figure out (or ask about) the light switches in the main level, as it is not obvious and helps for sleeping in the loft.
