Summary: I stayed here in 1992 and enjoyed my stay then, so I wanted to stay there again. Of course, it's since been upgraded and renovated. The check-in was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when someone parked in our assigned spot (a great perk-assigned handicap spot next to our room). Our one-bedroom suite was well-equipped and quiet, even though we were ajacent to the main road and the indoor pool. The Mid Cape location was ideal.

Summary: Our room needed some repairs. Door handle broken on slider, stairwell railings very dirty, and we could have used an elevator as we were traveling with young children and large suitcases. That said, the staff were very friendly and the view of the water was beautiful.

Summary: I recently stayed at your hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The room was far below my expectations. My 11-year-old son had to sleep on a sofa that was hard and uncomfortable, and the unpleasant odor in the room made our stay even more intolerable. Additionally, there was no breakfast provided, forcing us to leave the hotel to find a meal elsewhere. To make matters worse, I had booked and paid for a room for the 13th but arrived on the 12th. I requested to use the room since I had already paid, but my request was denied. As a result, I had to pay again and effectively lost a night's stay that I had already paid for. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and accommodations provided. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and indignant, and I expect a prompt response addressing these issues.

Summary: They seem to have renovated the pool area (pictures when I booked were different) which now looks really pretty, modern and clean. Pool area had a fun atmosphere with live music every day. We rented a townhouse and we had pleanty of space. Very quiet, clean and well equipped.
