Summary: Clean room but had a terrible smell. We never complained as only 2 nights and don’t think you could do anything about the smell as we tried to get rid of it. Think it the building itself. Staff were great though.

Summary: The staff was very friendly! Loved the outdoor activities by the pool and it was so close to so many things! We got on a cruise from here and it was very close to the port as well! My one and only complaint is that although the room was clean and everything, it smelled weird and it was super hot when we got in there! Other than that great experience!

Summary: Was there for the race weekend so I expected it to be busy with loud neighbors. However was pleasantly surprised when I couldn’t hear either neighbor. Room was updated with dual shower heads and comfortable beds. One draw back was the low AC setting pushed ambient air in and room gets warm quickly. Housekeeping turned it off completely so I returned to stifling 82 room. Overall was very happy and will return next year.

Summary: This was once a grand hotel, but it is showing its age, and local neighborhood is on the decline. Staff are all wonderful, friendly and helpful. Rooms and very spacious, beds are comfortable and the wifi is very good. Once inside the hotel boundary, you feel safe and secure. Would stay there again.
