Negative: I think respectfully, that a rail should be pit where the step down is just for safety reasons. I failed to tell you that I have P O T S disease and get dizzy occasionally and I fall sometimes. Thank you for listening. God bless.

Positive: Communication was great. Plenty of information on site to access what we needed and clear directions on expectation of departure. The little home literally has everything you need. They really thought through the details and we noticed!

Negative: Kind of wish the ottomans were actually useful. But if that's the only issue, is it really an issue?
