Summary: The hotel and the room were ok. Check in was painful. We had to wait that they checked the room for readiness (even though it was 5:30 pm!) and then one of the hostess went and vacuum the room, so weird! So we had to wait a long time. Breakfast was terrible (all processed foods like if it was a chain). Bed and bathroom were good.

Summary: Overall not worth the price. You're paying more because it's the only hotel in the FM area. I had a better complimentary breakfast the following week elsewhere nearby for about $75 less per night. Someone told me "youre paying because it's Stickley" but nothing in the rooms jumped out at me. Certain staff members were great, super friendly. Parking was a big issue as well when the restaurant was open. I did love the free laundry, was great for my extended stay.

Summary: Sorry to say this...while this is not my first stay at The Craftsman Inn, I was disappointed this time. My room seemed quite dated and a bit worn. Old TV (not a smart one). My room smelled musty. I asked front desk to send someone to clean my room just once during my stay - someone came, but never made my bed.

Summary: Exceptionally friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet. Rooms are nice but small. Not quite as expected from the photos. Our room was very small (narrow space) and it was a bit run down. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, great service and food was good. Shopping plaza with dining nearby as well.

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be much sound proofing between floors and walls, it was extremely loud I could hear the people above me talking and walking across the floor. Also there is a gap between the door and the floor so you can hear everything in the hallway. It’s a lovely hotel with a great staff and restaurant if the noise doesn’t bother you.

Summary: The hotel has a nice charm. How, although the staff is friendly, they are non-responsive to customer service requests. We stayed 4 nights and requested room service by day 2. We did not receive room service at any time and were forced to go to the front desk for resupply and towel service. Worst room service in all my decades of travel.

Summary: We've stayed here many times but this wasn't the best stay. We had two rooms. One was ok. The other room hadn't been cleaned (trash in the cans, on the table and in an Amazon bag in the corner). Even after I raised this and they said they'd send someone down while we were at dinner, nothing changed. My daughter also left her kid slippers and when I called the next day, no on could seem to locate them (even though I told them exactly where they were). This may have been a on off experience, but it'll make me think twice about staying again.
