Positive: I liked the whole resort and all the staff available
Negative: I have to admit that the gym is way too small for the number of people that is on site. Also, I was there for business and vacation and I felt too far from any business center. Cost me a lot in taxi

Positive: The setting of the hotel is beautiful. It’s remote from the main activity of Barbados, but we chose it for that. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The beach was windy but nice, although the seaweed was a big feature. The beach bar/lunch venue was very pleasant.
Negative: After initial impressions about the room, we discovered that the air-conditioning wasn’t functioning properly and the water temperature was cold for our showers and the water pressure was very poor. The room had a Jacuzzi which was impossible to use because of the temperature of the water and the speed of which it would be filled anyway. On at least two occasions, we overheard couples at reception trying to change their room because they had various issues with them. The reception area was constantly full of people sitting around and eating and gave the impression of an airport waiting area as people waited for their transportation. Staff were generally reasonable but never went the extra mile - giving the feeling of a busy American beach resort rather than a Caribbean retreat.
Summary: We would’ve loved to have recommended the crane resort, but unfortunately we will not be returning.

Positive: The accommodations were as described in photos. The apartment was really nice with a great view. The resort was festive for the Christmas holiday. The staff was very helpful. Highly recommend for a family Christmas vacation.

Positive: Everything! It was so beautiful and well maintained. So relaxing. Breathtaking views. Extremely clean. All the staff were wonderful! Checking in, checking out (DiAngelo). Loved the pools.
Negative: It was a longer distance to places we wanted to visit so we rented a car. We turned it in 1 day early because driving was too stressful.
Summary: The Crane was a wonderful choice.
