Positive: Excellent location, large room, comfortable beds, and lots of character! We could walk to the beach, breakfast, and restaurants. The vintage bathroom fixtures were so charming, and the dining table and smart TV were great additions.

Negative: There was free parking, but navigating the parking spots was a bit tricky. It was easy to get blocked/parked in if you weren't careful. Our visit was nice and quiet, but we were there mid-week, it got a bit loud around the weekend. They were also redoing the roof on one building, so we were woken up by the noise and the outdoor space got pretty messy.

Positive: Walking distance to the Hampton Ballroom so it was perfect.

Negative: The only thing I will say is I went to take a shower and it took a bit to get hot water. Other than that everything was lovely.

Summary: I only stayed one night but the staff were very friendly and everything was very clean and comfortable.

Positive: Lovely big room in 64. Been recently renovated and you can see they are investing more. Bed was super comfy and parking was good.

Negative: The wifi from room 64 was poor. No ice machine and the renovations are noisy

Summary: Great location, will be better when they finish upgrading.
