Negative: Outdated, dirty, cockroaches everywhere, Half functional kitchen, no dishwasher soap, smelly dishwasher, aircondition is on the common areas and one room. Ended up sleeping in the ground floor due to rooms are not usable its stinky hot. Window blinds in ensuite/shower/bedroom broken No privacy at main ensuite when showering and toileting. Massive red flag. I guess we cant do anymore

Positive: Location is very good with a lake, park and beach across the road. House was good size for six adults and two small children. It had a beach holiday vibe throughout.
Negative: Yard was not useable due to little grass and many weeds. While a few items need replacing/repair it was overall a good holiday experience.
Summary: Great location for beach holiday with many good beaches nearby.

Positive: The hosts were amazing to accomodate an early checkin for us on the day ! The house, the rooms, the location and facilites were absolutely perfect for our quick stay.
Negative: This is more a just feedback than a didn't like... :) The main bedroom has no curtains just sheer, so anyone on the street can see us change or walk to and from the toilet/bath as there are not doors in the open plan bedroom/ensuite. The light in the walk in robe did not work, so we had use our phones as a torch, as the bath light is just not bright enough.
Summary: Perfect location and a really nice house, a must stay !
