Summary: This property was perfect for our overnight stay in Cape. We loved the historic downtown location. We enjoyed a few little shops nearby and restaurants in the area such as Port Cape down by the river and Minglewood Brewery. The only potential drawback is this cottage is near a busy road and you should expect some traffic noise. It did not hinder our enjoyment of this quaint, beautifully decorated cottage. A lovely patio was a bonus for morning coffee.

Summary: We had stayed in the past at this location but, this time it was very loud. Cutting grass, trash pickup, motorcycle with a bad muffler till 10pm and 53 foot FedEx truck being unloaded in the street next to our location. It was just to noisey.

Summary: This little brick cottage is full of character and life. Attention to detail is evident from the very comfortable bed, to the little snacks, to the adjustable water heater, to the easy access locks, to the secure parking spot. It is close to the river and close to many good eating spots, including Sugar Chic for fantastic ice cream. We loved it!

Summary: Overall the place was cute and eclectic. Loved the spaces and the amenities like snacks and coffee. The TV had access to Many online streaming services which was nice. We got to watch something we otherwise normally wouldn’t get to. The check in and out process was absolutely hassle and stress free. The only draw back was that since the building and plumbing are a bit older, there was a smell is stale urine around the restroom. Would stay again.
