Negative: Food availability wasn’t obvious, no breakfast, tired mattress, noise from bar below, unable to open window, bathroom sink really small

Positive: Staff were pleasant and helpful. Checked if all ok and made it clear that if I needed anything I could just ask. I only stayed one night, but bed was comfy, kettle in room with coffee/ teabags etc. shower was good and a lovely little gift bag with shower gel etc was left on the bed - that was a lovely touch 🥰 Food available but didn’t get chance to eat there. Will do next time!
