Positive: Large area hot tub great gas grill used twice house was large loved washer and dryer kitchen nice large nice tv lots of light coming into the house loved the lights on patio

Negative: Wooded area could be picked up more 2nd bedroom door was broken reported it they were very nice about it

Positive: Cute. Enjoyed the trail behind the property for our child. He also loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with paper towels and foil. Never see this. Wish it was more reasonable and we'd return. However, this area is comparable sadly.

Negative: Price. Couch could be updated.

Summary: Fun time with our 2 year old. He loved riding his trike.

Negative: The stove was very dirty, did not provide new soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent or softener. The floor was not finished it was cement. Only small carpet in living room in front of couch and between bed. Fire alarm was disconnected in hallway. Threshold from front door was missing and bugs, snakes, mice etc. could get under door. Dryer lint was not cleaned out.

Positive: Beautiful location with a cozy vibe to the house and surrounding compound. Other guests were super friendly and everything was clean, neat, and well organized. Loved the hot tub and the view from the front door! Loved waking up on the first cool fall day of the season to the view and the vibe.

Negative: There were a few small things I wasn't a fan of- the bed could have used a mattress topper. A small thing, I know, but I have back problems and had a little trouble getting comfortable enough to sleep. Also could have used a second bathroom, but it wasn't a deal breaker! Everything else was wonderful!

Positive: The house was cute and clean.

Negative: The bed was so HARD very uncomfortable. The view from our porch was a bunch of dead ravaged trees. You could tell they had been there awhile. It was ugly and a fire hazard as well as a great place for snakes. The grill they picture is part of a common area not part of the house. It was trashed and didn’t work and we had to change our dinner plans. It was way over priced! We will not be staying there again.
