Summary: It was a cute small place to stay with the family for one night . The neighborhood was quiet while we stayed there. The only thing we didn't like was the pillows looked a lil dirty and the bed cover looked a lil dirty too but luckily we had our own stuff. Communication with the owner was alright we didnt get the code till a day before of the trip which we were pancking a lil thinking we were gonna get scammed but he ended up sending it.

Summary: Overall my experience was really good and the property was as described. I experienced a small hiccup with gaining access but we were able to locate the owner for the code. No real issues besides no tissue but there is a Kroger in the area so it was absolutely fine. The Con: since the hurricane had just left there were ants around the window area and a few Beetle Bugs but since I’m from the bayou I handled it well. The area is really nice and seems like an upcoming neighborhood. My gf and I felt really safe in the neighborhood and were respected by the owners. The DU also offered games and entertainment for guests and others if you decide to have company. This was my first time renting thru Expedia/VRBO private rental and I was pleased with the results. It’s like a Mother-in-Law suite but no laundry on site and the shower is a single accommodation.Overall, the place was comfortable,quiet,and safe.
