Positive: Lovely and welcome staff. We did have a problem with no plug for the bath. So missed a nice soak in the evening after a 4hr drive. However we went to buy one for the following evening and they gave us a refund and two main meals plus 4 pints between us for the inconvenience. This was very kind and made up fir the previous night. Clean and comfortable. Food very tasty! Thank you!
Negative: Room a little smaller than thought plus bathroom separate to our room.
Summary: Friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Bed was comfortable especially since I have Osteoarthritis in my Spin
