Summary: There is no privacy in the room, the windows are either with the curtains down lea in the room in complety darkness or up so that Everyone can see you either shower or use The toilet… it makes no sense to have to be in complety darkness all day… At 6 the air conditioning turned on by itslef. I woke up freezing, I have been coughing all morning, no refund or complimentary coffee was offered… Not what I was expecting for this category, dissapointing Also you can hear everything upstairs and in the corridor, not a good night sleep at all

Summary: I planned to stay in this hotel in April 2020 but had to cancel due to Covid. I am very frequently in Amsterdam and have stayed at many hotels in the city. I finally stayed here due to last minute need from canceled flights. This is a beautiful property, with great restaurants and a very helpful staff. It’s expensive though.

Summary: You get the magical atmosphere of Amsterdam, in the nicest neighborhood, with the greatest service. I strongly recommend this hotel. And I recommend the hotel administration to increase a little the size of the TV in the room.

Summary: Truly a 5 star experience. So convenient to sights, shops ans restaurants on the Canal Ring and an especially helpful front desk staff. We had a room in the newer adjacent building (they are connected) and were pleasantly surprised to have a lovely sitting room with the bedroom in an upstairs loft. It had elegant decor and was very comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant but had a drink in the bar which was beautiful. would definitely stay again and plan to look into their other properties.

Summary: The Dylan is a small, family owned boutique hotel with the friendliest most helpful staff ever. If you travel to Amsterdam their concierge service is invaluable. The Vinkeles restaurant is a two star Michelin awarded restaurant and an experience not to miss. This hotel wants to serve and treats you like family.

Summary: The price is worth every dime. The location in old city is close to all the museums, fun restaurants and a great quite neighborhood. Very charming outdoor space, beautiful bar and restaurant. Hotel staff beyond help full with things to do, restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was spacious, super comfortable and the bath was large and very spa like with the double rain shower/ hand held, tile, mirror lighting (a huge plus) and super large freestanding soaking tub.
