Summary: Absolutely loved our stay at the Dylan, excellent customer service. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and it is located in a central area, walkable town.

Summary: Everything was absolutely perfect except for the heating/plumbing/electrical. Shower drain barely worked, bottom of shower filled with water. Sink faucet handle slowly leaked water when turned on. Heat was on but room still felt quite cold, so maybe a bit under-designed for the space. Some of the lights upstairs did not work so the upper loft area was a bit dark. Just not stuff you would expect to be wrong at a place as nice as The Dylan.
