Positive: Quality ingredients in the continental breakfast. Delicious coffee. Cookie at arrival. Super friendly guest services staff. Comfortable beds.

Negative: There wasn't a working fan in the bathroom, but all the amenities were great.

Positive: Nicely updated, great location, the rooms were very clean and spacious. The free breakfast was very helpful, as were the serve yourself snacks and drinks. There should be more small hotels/inns like this.

Negative: The upstairs hallways could have some carpet to cushion the noise of those walking to their rooms. Bathrooms are cute but not fancy.
