Positive: The property was cozy, clean & comfortable. Within close walking distance to the Woolpack Inn where we were attending a family โ€œCelebration of Lifeโ€. Included car parking facilities. The owners were extremely helpful.

Positive: Lovely, self contained, clean and comfy.. Nice little seating area outside which would have been great if I didn't visit in January ๐Ÿ˜… It's right next to the railway line but I never found the trains a problem

Positive: Excellent location cosy nice to have a little safe contained space in the summer will be even better nice garden to sit in. Everything you need at a decent price.
Negative: This is not dislike just suggestion some people donโ€™t like heaters so maybe extra blanket and in case of power cut candles

Positive: It is as the name suggests a small sized out building which has been converted into a nice and comfortable accommodation. It is private and sits on the side of the main house. Two twin beds, clean linen and a good sized bathroom, ideal if you want to stay the way we did for a day only. I was with my son and checked in very late (early hours of morning) the communication was great and it was so easy to find our way into the place, parked my car on the drive as instructed and then went in to find the above. We were given the heads up about the train track next to the accommodation but that did not make any difference. We were however surprised how loud the birds were at 2:00 am but the sleep was good and comfy. The hosts had taken into account all details, tea coffee and even biscuits in a jar. The facility offers a small fridge so if you want to put your stuff in you can. A small micro would be ideal and add to the excellence of the place ( I do understand that we all are different but then again it is a suggestion). Very convenient just off the motorway and easy to find and you can make it your base camp and easily move, it is independant so no need to check in etc every time you are backWould certainly use it when we are back in that area.
Negative: To be honest it is a perfect little place and caters for all your needs,

Positive: Was all very clean, comfy beds and everything you needed was there. Was especially useful to have the tea, coffee (normal and decaf), some biscuits and the milk in the fridge for us in the morning. The outside space was really nice and well looked after. It was a shame it rained in the morning, so we were not able to have our hot drinks there. Perhaps next time! We did not meet Anna and Nick, but they were available via messages to confirm we could use the parking in front of the house once there. Thank you!
Negative: The proximity to the station and the noise in the morning. However we were aware from location and reviews, so we didn't have particular issues with this. I had also carried with me some ear plugs in case I needed them. But honestly we didn't need to use them.
Summary: Great stay with all you need for a night or two! Hosts very friendly and responsive.
