Summary: I'll always remember it. It was great! My only criticism was the restaurant of Mentone (The Wildflower Cafe) is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays... The view from the hot tub is excellent!

Summary: My husband and I plus our labradoodle had a lovely stay at The Escape at Mentone. Sunsets were spectacular from the private deck and the hot tub was a bonus. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Enjoyed visiting Mentone, Desoto Falls, Desoto State Park and playing golf at McLemore(just a 20 min drive). Perfect space for a long weekend for two.

Summary: We can't recommend this enough! View was amazing! Perfect for two people! Everything was as described. We felt like we were the only two people on earth with all of the peace and quiet. Didn't leave the entire stay! Only recommendation would be to add steps to the hot tub. Big girl here had herself a time getting in and out of it. lol. Can't wait to come back!
