The “Estates” is an affordable place with many amenities, private bedrooms for 4 guests ONLY. It’s Not a party house.

Our place is so comfortable that we are able to give you personal space. We are very clean, organized & prefer same.
Whether you travel for business or pleasure, our home is the perfect accommodation. We make everyone feel at home & love making friends. You will love our place!!!
Private rooms ONLY, NOT entire house. We live in the property but have plenty of room for everyone.
Because of our jobs, we are NOT 420 friendly.

Summary: Edgar and Jeffrey have a lovely, warm home with every amenity you could want. We were visiting friends in Palatine, but it was easy to go into Chicago proper to visit the museums and such. We had a wonderful time.

Summary: This place was really nice, clean, organized. The hosts, Jeffrey & Edgar were so accommodating and friendly. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. There is so much to do in the area along with going downtown Chicago. I wish we could have stayed longer, but work prevails. I'll definitely recommend to friends. Great job guys.

Summary: Lovely and warm home decorated beautifully. The homeowners thought of everything to make you feel at home even down to providing robes and slippers for the hot tub. We were blessed to of met the owners and we will surely be back. Gracias J&E!

Summary: Edgar and Jeffrey live in the home and have two private rooms with baths that they offer guests with use of their kitchen, deck and other amenities. The home is well appointed and eclectic and they are a welcoming couple that offer guests a glass of wine and conversation on their first night.
