Positive: Location and size of the unit.
Negative: We were booked for a 4 night stay. The couch was soft , low and very uncomfortable to watch tv which was very high up. The couch was the only living room furniture. No where else to watch tv from. We asked for a few extra towels on our second day and were told “I understand you're looking for more towels. Per our policy, we provide one towel per guest for the home's maximum occupancy, which means you should have a total of 2 towels for your stay. Sadly, we do not replenish towel supplies during your stay. You can wash and dry the towels provided to you. If you have any other questions, please let me know.” Unacceptable. The towels we had never got dry and we had to use damp towels after the first use. They suggested we wash and dry the towels ourselves. I replied with Wow! Yes sadly is correct. There is no way to wash and dry the towels. There's not even a closet in this unit, let alone a washed dryer or an even dishwasher. To which they replied “ Thank you for waiting. Unfortunately, we do not provide additional towels. There should be a laundromat 16 minutes drive away from the home. Please check this link to a laundromat. The unit has a closet (pictured below) but it contains the water heater router and boxes. No place to hang clothes. There is no furniture with drawers so we could not unpack our suitcases. The unit has a hotel hvac in the living but none in the bedroom. We have to make the living room hot to get warmth into the bedroom. We would never stay here again. They had a placard that gave the wrong unit’s Wi-Fi (picture below) and it took us over and hour to get logged in even with support on the phone.
Summary: Thought the unit looked nice. It didn’t feel nice. This is the first negative review I have ever left and we travel freq
