Sundrop Acres Farm is a premier short term vacation rental located in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah. Our family hobby farm is set on almost 4 acres of land in Wellsville, just minutes from downtown historic Logan. The hillside house is surrounded by spectacular views of the mountains as well as the valley. Relax and unwind in one of our private guest suites while you enjoy the peaceful surroundings and starlight nights.
The Farmhouse at Sundrop Acres is a 1500 sq. ft. unit with a private, keyless entrance. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the front porch facing the magnificent Wellsville Mountains. Step inside to be welcomed by the kitchenette/dining room. There is a large dining table for meals and game playing, a sink, countertop oven, refrigerator, Keurig, coffee maker, farm fresh eggs (seasonal), beverages, and snacks The ground floor also has a family room with sofas and an entertainment center full of books, games, DVDs, and puzzles. The 4 bedrooms and 2 baths are located UPSTAIRS on the second floor of the farmhouse and boast new premium mattresses with hypoallergenic covers and cases. Even the twin beds are comfy!

PLEASE NOTE: The Farmhouse has a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. It features a sink, xl countertop oven, electric griddle, refrigerator, microwaves, toaster, Keurig machine, coffee maker, crock pot, hot plates, and BBQ grill with burner.
*THERE ARE TWO separate rentals on the property. (The Farmhouse Rooms and The Beehive Basement Apartment) While each rental is private there may be times you see other guests. The owners may also be around working on projects and taking care of the animals. Say hello if you would like!!
**The front door is equipped with a Ring doorbell which temporarily records motion. Also, the goats and chickens have a Ring floodlight with a camera. These are safety features to ensure the property and animals are safe and secure. Goats are notorious for escaping!

Summary: We loved staying here. The house was very clean and decorated so nice. We loved feeding the goats and seeing the chickens and ducks. The owners were so nice - they left treats, fresh eggs and milk. They also gave us eggs to take home. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Summary: Host's hospitality was Top Shelf. Accommodations upcountry perfect; clean and comfortable; farm animals a joy; the closeness of the beautiful Wellsville's was incredible; mother nature (Winds) had to be forgiven. The only challenge, for Seniors, is the staircase to the sleeping quarters, second floor...take caution. Otherwise, it's a perfect hideaway from...congestion and noise!

Summary: This is the perfect getaway to enjoy the Utah mountains and beautiful Logan! Our granddaughter AND all the adults loved the chickens and goats, right on property. The neighbor took our granddaughter for a ride on a horse! The house is charming, clean, full of every amenity we could have possibly needed. We loved waking up to a beautiful view of the quiet countryside. The best part was our host who put up a graduation banner for our daughter’s graduation from USU. We’ll be back for sure!

Summary: This looked like a fairy tale setting. It was so beautiful. We love petting the goats. The unit is decorated so nicely, everything you would ever need is there. Its really cute. Everyone was happy wnd loved it as well. They also put up a graduation banner for me. It made me cry! Wnd a card and another whiteboard sogn saying congrats It was very sweet and kind. Best place ever!

Summary: Our stay at the The Farmhouse at Sundrop Acres was awesome. My siblings and I made a quick trip up to Logan for a family funeral. We loved our stay at the Farmhouse. It was clean, comfortable and really enjoyable. We felt very welcome. The beds were really comfortable, I didn't want to get out of bed. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Which we could have stayed longer to enjoy the farmhouse longer and enjoyed the area. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. One of the nicest places I have stayed at! Well done. Thanks

Summary: We loved this property! The beds and pillows were so comfy, the towels fullfy and everything was clean and cozy. I wish we had time.to spend a whole week at this property and are already planning a trip back in the summer! Would be lovely to get out of the lowland heat.

Summary: We were in Cache Valley for Thanksgiving and rented this property. It was so warm and inviting. My grown and married children joined us and there was plenty of room for everyone! The owners left treats for us to feed the goats and had a Christmas tree up for us to enjoy. The small details were not missed. Ear plugs, snacks and drinks and a cozy living room with. A record player! The views outside made for amazing family photos. It couldn’t have been a more perfect weekend!
