Positive: A beautifully converted old tithe barn, warm, spacious and tranquil. Very well appointed with plenty of kitchen equipment and quality furniture. The master bedroom and attached bathroom are magnificent! Local restaurants are limited to the Half Moon pub, but that has an extensive menu, a wide range of beers and friendly staff. The local grocery store is well stocked and there are large supermarkets a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.
Negative: Finding the cottage would have been easier if there were some text directions on what to do. The linked map has the pin in the correct place, but its not intuitive that this is the right place. The Farmhouse is western part of the Tithe Barn Cottages, behind Seaton Holme. Turn off Hall Walks main road into Essyn Court and as the road bends to the right, head along the drive to the left. The Tithe Barn Cottages are in front of you. Parking is to the right (east) of the cottages and the key boxes are on the wall enclosing the parking area.

Positive: A beautiful old farmhouse with all the home comforts. Beds were very comfortable with amazing duvet and pillows. Very snug! Good quality soaps and toiletries, plenty of towels, games, books, complimentary tea and coffee. Very quiet and good to see horses and riders coming and going on the adjoining farm. Near to the beaches which are ideal for collecting seaglass and walking your dogs. Plenty of places to eat nearby, some also dog friendly. A very clean, comfortable, cosy stay! Thank you Gary.
Negative: As there is no garden at the property a table and chairs on the small grass area attached to the farmhouse would be ideal if this was permissable. There is a small communal area away from the house and through the private car park but this looked disused and uninviting.

Positive: The accommodation is stunning, it was huge, which for us with 2 small kids and a dog was perfect. The property is very well equipped with plenty of cooking facilities in the lovely kitchen, books throughout the house and games for all ages. The beds are big, really comfortable and bathrooms are gorgeous. Our daughters were very excited to watch the ponies going past the window too. It's in close driving proximity to various amenities and beach/car parks. The contact we had with the owners was great, they were very friendly and we would definitely recommend a stay here, we hope to visit again!

Positive: This property was amazing!! Photos do not do it justice at all. It is so big. Two double bedrooms both en suite. Tele in one of the rooms. Luxury of a bath and double sinks too. Hive heating easily controlled, also log burner with logs kindling and firelighters provided. Downstairs toilet and fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washer/dryer. So spacious and really feels like a home from home. Parking outside and lots of space to let the dog out for a mooch! This property has lots of original features high ceilings with wooden beams and quirky windows! Working farm behind but you would never know. Quiet little village, lovely church opposite and supermarkets, McDonald's chip shops not too far away either. Good communication with the owner who responded quickly to all messages regarding checkout times etc. We absolutely loved everything about this gorgeous converted barn and we will definitely be back soon.
Negative: There wasn't a single thing that we didn't like !

Negative: directions to get there were poor. WE had to drive past 4 times as its hidden behind other building, so its not actually on the road that is its address.....needs changing really
