Positive: The location was great. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped. We also enjoyed the view and the proximity to the water taxi and restaurants.
Negative: The steps into the house were very steep, as was the walk to and from the ferry. For individuals who are fit, it should be no problem. Parking was also tight and could be difficult if both apartments are rented simultaneously.
Summary: This was a fantastic apartment in a reallybut convenient location.

Positive: The location was near (within walking distance) of grocery stores, pharmacy, and restaurant. We didn't have a car. Took a Lyft (cheaper than Uber) to the Space Needle, to the Gardens, and to the pier (cruise time). The Ferry House was fantastic. Everything we needed was there such as Laundry Room, Stove, very comfortable beds, and a great view of the bay. Would recommend stay here. The property manager was great and showed patience working with two technology challenged old ladies on getting through the check in process.
Negative: The stairs for getting up to the door of the property. Two old ladies with bad knees. Would we stay there again? You bet cha!

Positive: We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and I loved it!!! It was such a comfortable and roomy stay. The rooms were very comfortable, bathroom is spacious, and small kitchen was stocked with supplies great for prepping a light meal. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that’s a short walk to the water taxi or from the closest bus stop. To be honest, I originally meant to book the one bedroom however, after a hike at mt. Rainier, I don’t think I could make it up some more stairs. Glad I didn’t end up switching. Maybe for a longer stay.
Negative: The front door to the apartment is easy to use but when closing, sometimes you need to give it an extra pull or push for it to “happy” lock. Otherwise not a big deal. When heading to or from the water taxi, you’ll have a steep decline or incline and it has poor lighting at night. The roads aren’t busy but just be cautious if you’re wearing dark colors.
Summary: Excellent stay and away from the main downtown Seattle traffic
