2. Any activity that is against modesty and good customs is not permitted (example:
nudism, scandalous acts, inappropriate language/swearing, libidinous behavior,
etc.)
3. No activity linked to the consumption or sale of
illicit substances: any type of synthetic drug, marijuana/cannabis, etc.
4. Noise (music or conversation) between 08:00 and 22:00 must be moderate (below 60 db) and if
some neighbor demands that mutual coexistence prevail and be respected.
5. Observe the law of silence between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
6. It is not permitted to treat employees and any other person within the condominium with disrespect.
7. Any type of vandalism, destruction of furniture and property and acts
of dirt. During use, keep the property and condominium clean
