Positive: Our host, Tracey, was superb; very thoughtful and provided some welcoming treats. The location suited our needs perfectly and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. We would highly recommend this location. We had a wonderful break.

Positive: I have stayed in a lot of holiday homes and this was one of the best. Immaculately clean with a lot of care given to the interiors, from the comfort of the settee, lots of soft cushions and blankets , to the addition of a gorgeous footstool stool to put your feet up after a long day relaxing by the TV. Very comfortable beds with such soft linen and towels which are prepared with such thought and consideration for the guest. Bedrooms are immaculate. A fan for hot days, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need in a kitchen which is a good size overlooking the very private patio area which is spacious and well thought out. I didn't want to leave! Would have loved to have stayed longer. Thank you to Tracey who was a very kind and considerate host having left tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, chocolates and dog treats for our arrival after a long drive.

Positive: Lovely well presented modern coach house with a homely feel. Just what we needed for a 3 night break and some lovely little surprises left by Tracey to help us enjoy our stay. Fully enclosed garden for our 2 small dogs who were the most relaxed I've seen them whilst staying away from home. Not far from the town centre and lots to do in surrounding areas.
Negative: More a "for your information". If you are looking to order food locally during your stay, you will have to pick up as they do not presently deliver but really not an issue as the town centre is a ten minute walk or short drive.
Summary: A welcome break.
