Summary: Franklin House was very clean and comfortable. So close to the Marina that you can see if from the front porch . Enjoyed driving a couple of blocks to watch the sunset over the lake . Definitely will be back .

Summary: House was clean and roomier than expected. Only hiccup was that we were not provided the door lock access code in advance; however the property manager responded immediately to my call and assisted us. We did not realize the house’s such close proximity to others in that area or that there was a shared driveway, but that didn’t cause us any issues.

Summary: We had a nice stay at the Franklin House Cottage. It was perfect for a 2 night December get away. Little chilly outside being December and on Lake Ontario but that is what added to the coziness. Cottage was relatively close to Niagara Falls, wineries etc. and is in the lovely Olcott Beach area. Home was very clean upon check-in and I would recommend to anyone.
