Positive: This was the best-priced place we could find for our mixed-generation group. Loved having 3 bedrooms, though 1 bath for 3 bedrooms was challenging (this, however, we absolutely knew in advance!). The place was very clean excepting a bit of sand, but is in need of upkeep -- peeling paint, floor tiles with wrinkles and chips. Expected key code the day before, per email, but received it the day of -- not a problem, but FYI to future guests.
Negative: The neighborhood was pretty loud, though quieted down after ten pm. Gaps around the window A/C units let in lots of sound (though the temperature remained very comfortable). Kitchen water seemed to be off; checked the under-sink valve and tried it multiple ways without success -- did NOT call host, which obviously we could have. Very hard to figure out which light switches worked what -- not intuitive, and never could turn off light by fridge.
Summary: Good for very tight-knit small groups who don't mind some noise.

Positive: The location. We were in town for a family gathering in New Bedford.
Negative: We were traveling with a toddler. We requested a portable crib that was not at the location. The stairs were very scary with a toddler. Might suggest a baby gate at the location. The kitchen was very limited as far as supplies go. No ice trays to make ice. The oven did not function properly therefore we could not cook. No big bowls.

Positive: The apartment was perfect the hostesses most beautiful people ever they were so helpful, and kind , they made everything a smooth process despite it was a last minute booking. The kids were completely comfortable I’m very happy we ended up here instead of a hotel .. this location is only ten minutes from the beach made our visit perfect
