Positive: Wonderful welcome which included homemade cake - massively yummy! - and lovely bottle of local apple juice! Great location, perfect for getting out and exploring the gorgeous surrounding countryside! Top notch for value and attentive hosts! Everything you needed was right there, top stay, would definitely recommend!

Negative: All good, as long as you can cope with 2 small flights of stairs, but this was definitely not a minus for us! (and the other property under it was just one small flight, if this matters!)

Positive: The Cottage is a stunning property, beautifully restored and well thought out for families. It is very quiet, very family friendly and incredibly relaxing. It was spotlessly clean and there was nothing we could think of that was lacking from the kitchen for a three night stay. Even the addition of kids toys was a nice touch for our 4 year old. The beam is a superb feauture, and once you got used to it, it was rather quirky. (I am 6ft2 and it didn't bother me to duck!)

Negative: Nothing really - we'd happily return!

My children absolutely loved the converted mill and thought it was great fun to stay in such a unique property. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, even baked a homemade brownie for our arrival. Appreciated such a lovely touch.
