Summary: The place was hidden in the woods and so nice and comfortable. The host was amazing and made us feel home preparing the breakfast and talk with us about everything. I really enjoyed the place and the host. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Summary: Our stay at the Gathering Place on Golden Ponds was very enjoyable. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The location is very scenic and the room was decorated beautifully. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is that we had to use a bathroom on a different floor so had to walk up the stairs and through their living area to get to the bathroom. However there is one located on the same floor that was in use by other guests. We enjoyed looking around at Old Hastings Mercantile and Gallery which is just down the road and is amazing.
