Positive: Landlords were extremely helpful and positive. There was a mixup with the booking.com accommodations going through in their system, but they did not hesitate to go ahead and book us directly. Same price, upgraded room, amazing breakfast! We definitely recommend to anyone! Love the tea and coffee set up in the room, super comfortable bed, and we definitely had a great night sleep. Ten out of ten!

Positive: Ample parking. Great location, massive beer garden. The staff were all great and the service was very friendly and professional. The Menu had variety and the Food was lovely. There was a great selection of beers too. Onto the room: .... This was exceptional. The bed was massive and very comfy. The furnishings were fresh and the room was decorated quirky yet very tastefully. The tea tray was brimming with quality produce and there was fresh milk and cold bottled water in the fridge.
Negative: The single bad thing was the noise coming possibly from an air-con unit or fan outside of the room (10)... This caused a low pitch hum that was very audible and meant that I struggled to sleep. This was very disappointing and almost spoilt what would've otherwise been a 10/10 experience.
Summary: Wonderful stay and highly recommended. Almost perfect

Negative: Bedroom walls are quite thin so we could hear noise from other rooms and from the corridors. We couldn’t get hot water in the shower.

Positive: I liked the sympathetic and a-little-bit quirkiness of the decor. There was a warm welcome and there were a good selection of items on the breakfast. The room was comfortable and we were impressed to find a decent fan had been provided.
Negative: A small amount of dust in the corner of the bathroom suggested the place had been prepped in a hurry, and my hash brown was a bit overdone. These are very small things as I really liked the place, and totally forgivable in the context of a lovely family run venue .
