Summary: very nice place to stay for a self-catering week away. We wanted a quiet spot and this was perfect. Close by a visit to Longleat House fills the whole day if you do everything. A walk around Sheer-Water Lake in the warm weather is very nice too.

Summary: Lovely bungalow,very accessible for anyone with mobility issues. Comfortable bed and seating.Plenty of hot water. Thoughtful touches such as night lights make it feel instantly welcoming. Tracy and Barrie are wonderfully welcoming and warm and nothing is too much trouble. I had an extended stay and cannot fault it. Many thanks to both Tracy and Barrie.

Summary: This was a beautiful small property that was very comfortable. The location was at the edge of the town directly next to the beautiful countryside which was perfect for us. The property owners, Barrie and Tracy, were more than welcoming and they spent some of their precious time with us in their magnificent garden area. Would we come again? .....Most definitely. We have never had a weeks holiday go as fast. A gem!

Summary: The Oaks was perfect accommodation for our week's stay. My husband and I thought the property was delightful - clean, bright, modern and well-equipped with all mod cons. We both enjoyed the indulgence of the reclining sofa! Thank you to Tracy and Barrie, who were perfect hosts - kind, helpful and welcoming. We would happily recommend this property.
