Positive: Location to an event. Service at the hotel. Free parking.
Negative: 1st bedroom wasn't ready, bed un made and dirty laundry in the room. 2nd Bedroom dusty, shelves, radiators. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Noisy all night from what the staff said were fans that should have been switched off. Restaurant overpriced, probably why we were the only people in attendance
Summary: I would not recommend it and would look elsewhere when back in the area.

Positive: Really lovely room and staff
Negative: Unfortunately there was a terrible commotion for about an hour in the room above the room we stayed in, right in the middle of the night on our second night. Sounded like furniture being dragged around and a lot of very heavy walking back and forth. Workmen doing something in the room at 2/3 am? Awful.
Summary: Good, and a lovely hotel overall, but I wouldn’t want that room again! (9 I think).

Positive: The food was delicious and great choice on the menu. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and great value for money.
Negative: This is me just being picky but maybe some fruit at breakfast.

Positive: Central location, clean, comfortable bed,, all standard facilities available and in working order. Friendly staff.
Negative: Reception staff had difficulty locating our booking and I was asked to pay for our accommodation upon departure, even though I had paid in full in advance. This was resolved amicably when I showed them the receipt on my phone.
