Positive: The staff was very accommodating, really friendly, helpful and kind. The room was huge, clean, comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The location was great, about 30 minutes to the Niagara Falls by foot. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby too. The bed was very comfortable. A refrigerator served for our comfort. Breakfast was nice, hot options (omelet, sausage etc.) as well as self-made gofri and yoghurt. I loved the private parking space.
Negative: Wi-fi has no password.
Summary: I am very satisfied with our stay, I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Positive: Everything was nice, staff was attentive and kind, room was clean, spacious and the whirlpool tub is recommended. Only suggestion would be to update the TV's to a model that supports streaming platforms and apps so guests have more options when spending time in the room.

Positive: Close to Niagara Falls and goat island. Bed was very comfortable. A bit noisy from outside gate alarms and plumbing, exposed pipes tend to be a bit louder in the room.
