Summary: We were not told that the property owner lived in the basement of the house we were renting. We did not expect that the property would be so far from the lake. However, the house was fine, the setting was quiet and the property owner was very pleasant.

Summary: The beautiful fairytale like house was big enough for our family of 8 to fit comfortably. The private patio on the lake was perfect for lounging and swimming. We all enjoyed our nights sitting around the fire pit telling ghost stories!

Summary: Really enjoyed our vacation, great place to escape into nature and relax by the lake!! I enjoyed the daily walk down to the lake with all the ferns. The house itself is private and well equipped. Lots of seating nooks in the living room to curl up and read. The farmhouse table in the dining room was awesome to get everyone together for dinner! Lauren was super helpful and gave us lots of great pointers for the area. The relaxing vacation that I needed! It was so nice to sit and watch the light change on the mountains across the lake. My son loved exploring in the canoe too!!
