We are located on the North Shore of Long Island only 90 minutes from Manhattan and close to Jamesport, Southold, Greenport and Shelter Island.

Summary: Wonderful location walking distance to the beach and the cottage is surrounded by mature oak trees. Cottage neighborhood with narrow streets and people walking by always saying hello and welcome. The cottage is totally updated and pictures do a good job of seeing what you’re going to get. Very clean and well furnished. Wonderful outdoor space. Neighbors were very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to see. We chose this place as it was very close to wineries with outdoor concerts. We will definitely go back again and stay at the beech cottage

Summary: Our group of 5 had a perfect weekend in Meredith’s home. It had everything you’d need to enjoy the area and is only a short walk to the beach. Meredith was always quick to respond and allowed us to have a relaxing trip without any hassle! We are very excited to hopefully visit again in the future!
